UCC Article 4A provides a comprehensive body of law to regulate wholesale wire transfers. The ensuing discussion surveys case law in the recent year, applying and interpreting the provisions of Article 4A. The author begins with a brief overview of the statutory scheme of Article 4A that was most relevant to the cases under discussion.
