Abstract

In this October 3, 2022 lecture , Osgoode Hall Law School Visiting Professor and AODA Alliance (https://www.aodaalliance.org/covid/) Chair David Lepofsky maps out a concrete blueprint for how to make the education in Ontario’s Kindergarten to Grade 12 schools fully accessible and barrier-free for students with all kinds of disabilities , so they can fully participate in, be fully included in and fully benefit from all school programs and activities. He describes the findings and recommendations in the 2022 final report of the Ontario Government-appointed K-12 Education Standards Development Committee appointed under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
