Abstract
Osgoode Hall Law School Visiting Professor and AODA Alliance chair David Lepofsky's April 27, 2021 lecture on disability discrimination objections to the January 13, 2021 critical care triage protocol (https://www.aodaalliance.org/whats-ne...) that the Ontario Government sent to hospitals in case the COVID-19 pandemic overloaded hospitals, requiring rationing of critical care. This reviews the year long effort to ensure that people with disabilities don’t face disability discrimination if , critical care triage becomes necessary.
