Abstract
In her commencement address Dr. Cindy Blackstock spoke about the importance of Spirit Bear who represents, which are the 165,000 First Nations children who continue to receive less public service from the federal government. The bear also represents the non-Indigenous children who may not be experts in law or politics but are experts in love and fairness. June 23, 2017.
