Abstract
The statutes related to regional municipalities were substantially revised by the Commissioners in preparing the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1990. Duplication of common provisions was reduced as much as possible. The Regional Municipalities Act contains these common provisions. This Table sets out the sources of the various provisions in that Act.
