Abstract

This Schedule shows the Acts and parts of Acts passed by the Legislature after July 1, 1867 that still have effect. These provisions usually are of specific or local interest and as such are not contained in the Revised Statutes of Ontario. An example of an Act which is unconsolidated and unrepealed is the Statutes Revision Act, 1989 which supplies the authority for the preparation and proclamation of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1990. Private Acts are not included in this Schedule. Readers should refer to the Table of Private Acts.
