Abstract
Before achieving this position, Professor Daum Shanks was a Member at Large on the Board and on the OBA’s Provincial Council since 2015. She became the first Indigenous person to serve on the OBA Board in the organization’s history.
The OBA represents more than 16, 000 lawyers, and works to support members of the profession and residents of Ontario and Canada with information and activities that ensure our legal system is better understood and implemented.
