“I am delighted to announce that the recipient of this year’s honorary doctorate to be awarded at the June Convocation ceremony is Professor Kimberlé Crenshaw. Professor Crenshaw is Professor of Law at UCLA Law and Columbia Law School and a leading scholar and thought leader in the areas of civil rights, black feminist legal theory, and race, racism and the law.
