Abstract

First-year Osgoode Hall Law School JD student Neda Foroughian was chosen as our 2018 Dean for a Day. Neda shared some of her thoughts on the future of Osgoode in this short video from Dean Lorne Sossin's desk in which she talked about her winning submission in this year’s Dean for a Day contest that asked this crucial and timely question: What should Osgoode look like in 2025? Neda’s suggestion is that we integrate Mental Health Literacy into our curriculum so that “our students graduate as professionals that care for their own well-being, and for those around them. If we do this by 2025, Osgoode will look like and be a place that prioritizes the well-being of students – allowing them to thrive while receiving the best legal education.”
