Abstract
Professor Cynthia Williams has received a grant from the Ivey Foundation for the Commonwealth Climate Liability Initiative (CCLI), a project with researchers at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at Oxford University, the Allard School of Law at UBC, and the Environmental Justice and Sustainability Clinic at Osgoode. CCLI will study corporate law obligations of boards of directors to develop transition strategies towards a low-carbon economy.
