Abstract
The Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI) and Organisation of Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) will convene a 2-day technical workshop on measuring people’s legal needs and effective access to justice on 3-4 November 2016 in Paris. The meeting will bring together a group of governmental, non-governmental and academic experts to discuss the people-focused measurement approaches to access to justice, including legal needs surveys and their practical use.
