Abstract
Michael Blake, Professor of Philosophy and Public Affairs, University of Washington, examines undocumented immigration and how equal treatment can be applied to persons that are both present in the society and not (legally, at least) of that society. How should theories of justice treat the equal moral standing of undocumented immigrants?
Respondent: Louis-Philippe Hodgson, York University.
