For the second consecutive year, Osgoode takes second place at the Davies Canadian Corporate/Securities Law Moot Court Competition
Abstract
Osgoode took home second place at the Davies Canadian Corporate/Securities Law Moot Court Competition at the Federal Court of Canada on March 6 and 7. The team consisted of mooters Jayne Cooke, Janice Philteos, Eric Turner and Vahini Sathiamoorthy, and researcher Peter Bennett-Koufie. Thirteen law schools across Canada took place in the competition.
