Abstract
On May 11, 2018, Oxford University Press (OUP), Columbia University, and the European Corporate Governance Institute held a day-long conference to celebrate the publication of OUP’s comprehensive Handbook on Corporate Law and Governance, edited by Jeffrey Gordon, Columbia University, and Wolf-Georg Ringe, University of Hamburg. The collection includes chapter contributions from leading U.S. and international corporate law scholars. Prof. Cynthia Williams, Osler Chair in Business Law at Osgoode, contributed a chapter on corporate social responsibility, and also was a speaker at the conference. Pictured are chapter authors who were on the agenda at the launch conference, held at Oxford’s Said School of Business.
