An Act to reform the Law respecting Succession to the Estates of Deceased Persons HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario enacts as follows (a) "child" means a child born within or outside marriage, subject to sections 83 and 85 of Theff^ oim - Child Welfare Act (which relate to the effect of adoption), and includes a child conceived before and born alive after the death of the parent (b) "grandchild" means the child of a child (c) "issue" means any lineal descendant of a person whether born within or outside marriage, subject to sections 83 and 85 of The Child Welfare Act (which relate to the effect of adoption), and includes issue conceived before and born alive after the death of the person (d) "parent" means the father or mother of a child (e) "personal representative" means an executor, an administrator or an administrator with will annexed (/) "property" means real or personal property (g) "will" includes (i) a testament (ii) a codicil (iii) an appointment by will or by writing in the nature of a will in exercise of a power, and
