CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - This week the judges of the P.E.I. Court of Appeal are hosting their appeal judge colleagues from the four appeal courts in Atlantic Canada in a continuing judicial education program in Charlottetown. The seminar topic is “The Law of Sexual Assault”.

The seminar is arranged by judges of the Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal and the P.E.I. Court of Appeal.

The program is led by sexual assault law experts, including Justice Sheila J. Greckol of the Alberta Court of Appeal, professor Lisa Dufraimont of Osgoode Hall Law School, Judge Thierry Nadon of the Court of Quebec and Judge David Paciocco of the Ontario Court of Appeal.
