Abstract
Dr. C. Ian Kyer, a distinguished lawyer, historian, and author who practised law for more than 30 years at Fasken Martineau, serving for more than a decade as Director of its Technology and Intellectual Property Group, gave the Ethical Lawyering in a Global Community plenary talk at Osgoode on January 5, 2015.
